Getting Started

How to sign in, submit your first bot, server, or pack, and what happens after you submit.

Omniplex lists three kinds of things: bots, servers, and packs (curated collections of bots and servers). This guide covers signing in and submitting each one.

1. Sign in

Use the "Sign in" button in the header to authenticate with Discord. You need to be signed in before you can submit anything, vote, or manage your dashboard.

2. Submit a bot

Go to Add a Bot. You'll need:

  • Bot ID, your bot's Discord user/application ID, found in the Discord Developer Portal.
  • Short description, shown on bot cards.
  • Invite URL, the OAuth2 invite link for your bot.
  • Optionally: prefix, library, tags, and a long description (HTML supported) for the bot's full page.

Before submitting, read Bot Rules and Page Rules, bots are reviewed against both.

3. Submit a server

Go to Add a Server. You'll need a Discord invite link, a short description, and a working invite. The invite is resolved automatically, you don't need the tracking bot in your server first to submit, though some features (like showing your server's emojis on its listing) only work once it's been invited. Read Servers → Listing Rules first.

4. Create a pack

Go to Add a Pack. Packs need a name, a unique URL, a short description, and at least one bot or server, only entities you've already listed yourself can be added to a pack you create. See Packs → Pack Rules.

What happens after you submit

New bots and servers start in a pending review state. A member of our staff team reviews the submission against the relevant rules before it's approved and made public. This isn't instant, please don't resubmit or open a support ticket asking for a status update shortly after submitting.

Once your listing is live, you can start collecting votes (see Voting), and if it qualifies, apply for Certification later on.
