Teams

Sharing ownership and management of a bot or server with other people.

A bot or server can be owned by a team instead of a single user, so multiple people can manage it together.

Why use a team

If you work on a bot with other developers, or a server with co-owners, a team lets everyone involved manage the listing without sharing a single Discord account's credentials. You can create a team when you submit a bot or server, or move an existing listing to one afterward.

Permissions

Team members don't get all-or-nothing access. Each member can be granted a specific set of permissions, for example one member might be able to edit the listing's description and links, while another can only view it, and a third can manage webhooks without being able to delete the listing entirely. Permissions cover things like editing the listing, managing webhooks, uploading assets, resubmitting for review, and redeeming vote credits.

Owners (or anyone granted the equivalent full-access permission) can add and remove members and change what everyone else can do.

Managing a team

Team membership and permissions are managed from the team's page on the dashboard. Adding someone requires knowing their Discord account, they'll need to have signed in to Omniplex at least once.
